The presentation frame contains stamps and souvenir sheet commemorating the 25th anniversary of EDSA People Power Revolution Stamps which was issued yesterday, August 1, 2011. President Cory and Jaime Cardinal Sin, who are considered as the Country’s Icons of Democracy, are two of the featured personalities on the said stamps.

Abad, Secretary of Department of Budget and Management, present the Souvenir Frame containing stamps and First Day Cover issued by the Philippine Postal Corporation commemorating the 75th Anniversary of the Department of Budget and Management to His Excellency, Benigno S. Aquino III, President of the Republic of the Philippines. It was held last April 25, 2011 during the highlight of the anniversary celebration held at the Philippine International Convention Center. Philpost issues said stamps with a total quantity of 76,000 pieces only.
