In line with the CY2010 Definitive (Regular) Stamps featuring the Philippine Marine Biodiversity, the Philippine Postal Corporation would like to give credits to the On-Job-Training (OJT) students of the Postage and Philatelic Department, who served as artist and graphic artist, respectively, for the said featured designs (except the “Branching Animone” which was designed by Corazon Loza of said Department).
