The Philippine Postal Corporation (Philpost) formally launched the CY2010 Definitive Stamps, featuring “Philippine Marine Biodiversity” with an Exhibit entitled, “Philippine Marine Biodiversity on Stamps” which was held last Saturday, May 22 at the Manila Ocean Park Concourse Area. The exhibit will run for three-weeks from May 22 up to June 14, 2010.

Assistant Postmaster General for Finance, Mrs. Elizabeth C. Tungol graced the affair and cuts the ceremonial ribbon marking the opening of the exhibit to the viewing public, particularly to the captured audiences or “marine enthusiasts” of Manila Ocean Park.

The presentation frame, containing the stamps of all the 15-denomination first series of Definitive Stamps was presented by APMG Tungol to Mr. Van Kam Weng, General Manager of the Manila Ocean Park. He represented Mr. Lim Chee Yong, President and CEO, Manila Ocean Park.
