Philpost Issues 2 New Stamps

The Philippine Postal Corporation, through the Postage and Philatelic Department, announces the issuances of two kinds of stamps starting on March 29, 2010. These are the First Quarter Topicals, featuring the Philippine Beetles and the New Issues of Regular/Definitive Stamps featuring the Philippine Marine Biodiversity, showing the denominations, Php1, Php10 and Php26.
