The PHILIPPINE POSTAL CORPORATION, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites all manufacturers, distributors, or suppliers to bid for the hereunder project:

Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar project within the last three (3) years with an amount of at least fifty percent (50%) of the proposed project for bidding, and have key personnel and equipment (owned, leased or under purchase) available for the prosecution of the project. The eligibility check/screening as well as the preliminary examination of bids shall use non-discretionary “pass/fail’ criterion. Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.
All particulars relative to eligibility statement and screening, bid security, performance security, pre-bidding conference(s), evaluation of bids, post-qualification and award of contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R. A. No. 9184 and its IRR.

a. technical proposal
b. financial proposal September 5, 2011 (Mon.) until 9:00 a.m. only
4. Opening of Bids September 5, 2011 (Mon.) at 9:30 a.m.
5. Bid Evaluation September 7, 2011
6. Post-qualification September 14, 2011
