INVITATION TO BID
The PHILIPPINE POSTAL CORPORATION, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites all internet service providers to bid for the hereunder project:
Name of Project : PROCUREMENT OF 200 SETS OF INTERNET CONNECTION
Brief Description: – Up to 2 Mbps
- With Free 200 Computer Units
Total ABC : P9,515,200.00
Location : Philippine Postal Corporation, Central Office, Main Building, Liwasang Bonifacio, Manila
Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar project within the last three (3) years with an amount of at least fifty percent (50%) of the proposed project for bidding, and have key personnel and equipment (owned, leased or under purchase) available to undertake the project. The eligibility check/screening as well as the preliminary examination of bids shall use non-discretionary “pass/fail’ criterion. Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.
All particulars relative to eligibility statement and screening, bid security, performance security, pre-bidding conference(s), evaluation of bids, post-qualification and award of contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R. A. No. 9184 and its IRR.
